- • As the Principal Executive Recruiter at ServiceTitan, you will own the end-to-end search for the company’s most consequential hires—VP, SVP, and confidential roles across every function—serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and driving executive hiring that directly impacts business growth.
- • Day to day, you will lead full-cycle executive searches globally, design bespoke search strategies including market mapping and outreach sequencing, manage confidential searches with discretion, and serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite hiring managers while delivering candidate slates, market benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in executive-ready formats.
- • You will join a 25+ person global Talent Acquisition team organized across GTM, G&A, R&D, and Executive functions, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and partnering closely with the C-suite to influence organizational design, leveling, offer strategy, and succession planning for VP+ roles.
- • In this role, you will build a living talent map of executive-level talent, cultivate a proprietary network of trusted executives, develop regular executive talent market reports, track and report search metrics to leadership, and elevate ServiceTitan’s employer brand by representing the company at executive-level industry events and partnering with Communications on executive branding narratives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years placing successful VP+ level leaders at high-growth technology companies
- • Demonstrated ability to run confidential, complex searches with senior-level discretion and stakeholder management acuity
- • Expert-level command of executive sourcing strategies including direct outreach, network mapping, research methodologies, and LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem/similar tools
- • Experience advising C-suite stakeholders as a trusted thought partner, not just a transactional recruiter
- • Deep fluency in executive compensation structures, including equity programs and long-term incentive design at growth-stage and pre/post-IPO companies
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for compelling outreach, executive presentations, and active listening
