📋 Description

• • As Principal Growth Product Manager at Fyxer Inc., you will drive product vision and strategy for a product domain, turning ambiguity into clear direction by translating customer signals, market data, and product insights into actionable strategy that accelerates learning and commercial impact.
• • Day to day, you will partner closely with engineers and founders from the outset of initiatives, using interviews, prototypes, experiments, analytics, and usability testing to validate ideas, ship and iterate quickly, and continuously tighten the feedback loop between learning and building.
• • You will join a small, exceptional team at Fyxer, a high-growth startup targeting $100M+ revenue by end of 2026, where autonomy, velocity, and extreme focus are core values and you’ll be fast-tracked into senior responsibilities earlier than at traditional companies.
• • In this role, you will raise the bar of product thinking across the organization by coaching others, introducing scalable frameworks, building repeatable learning loops, and designing systems that compound over time to level up how the team approaches product discovery and execution.
