📋 Description
- • The Principal II Solution Designer role at Sabre Global Technologies and Services Private Limited is a senior technical position focused on designing end-to-end solutions for complex business problems in travel technology, leveraging deep expertise across Sabre’s product suite to drive innovation in airline and distribution systems, particularly in the transition from legacy PSS to AI-driven Offer-Order ecosystems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading solution design for major projects, mentoring junior staff, engaging internal and external customers in strategic discussions, collaborating with product, engineering, consulting, and commercial teams, analyzing customer needs, and participating in RFP responses and process improvement initiatives with a focus on AI innovation.
- • Sabre is an AI-native technology leader built on one of the world’s largest travel data clouds, serving as the backbone for established and emerging travel companies through intelligent, connected, and personalized experiences powered by open, modular, cloud-native architecture.
- • The role offers the opportunity to gain deep expertise across Sabre’s full product portfolio, lead cross-functional innovation, influence industry-wide transformation in travel retailing, and develop strategic thinking while working on high-impact, globally scaled solutions that shape the future of travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience working in travel technology, ideally with Sabre products, with focus areas including PSS, Offer-Order, Agentic AI, NDC, E-commerce, Payments, Loyalty, APIs, or retail intelligence.
- • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives end-to-end and driving large-scale process changes.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage competing interests by combining project management skills with strong functional and technical expertise.
- • Experience designing and documenting complex solutions across multiple touchpoints.
- • Ability to present compelling, technology-grounded solutions to business needs.
- • Excellent communication skills to interact persuasively with stakeholders from end users to C-level executives.
