📋 Description

• • As the Principal Industry Relations, you will serve as a senior strategic advisor and deputy, representing Rocket Mortgage in executive-level engagements with MLS organizations, industry associations, and brokerage partners to expand listing data access and strengthen distribution partnerships.
• • You will build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives across MLS organizations nationwide, monitor and analyze MLS board actions and policy developments, and translate industry governance dynamics into actionable business strategy for product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• • Rocket Mortgage is a Detroit-based, publicly traded company providing trusted digital solutions for complex transactions across mortgages, fintech, and real estate, committed to an inclusive workplace where every voice is heard.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in MLS governance, listing data policy, and broker cooperation rules, while advising on regulatory impacts and representing the organization at industry conferences and media engagements as a credible subject matter expert.
