• As a strategic marketing leader, you will drive product marketing strategy across lines of business and member segments.
• You will lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for Medicaid and Healthy Horizons, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, and Market teams to ensure culturally relevant and compliant messaging.
• Oversee campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid audiences, market dynamics, and communication best practices.
• Guide cross-functional teams in executing high-impact, community-focused marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Medicaid or government programs.
• Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations, member engagement strategies, and culturally competent communications.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and campaign development.
