📋 Description
- • As a Principal OneStream Architect (Financial Systems) at FICO, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing our global financial planning and analysis (FP&A) ecosystem. This senior-level technical leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic business outcomes through exceptional financial insights, by optimizing and expanding our OneStream platform. You will be responsible for creating scalable, transformative solutions that enhance how we serve our business partners and empower critical decision-making across the organization.
- • You will own the end-to-end architecture and solution design for our global finance operations, tackling complex financial modeling scenarios. This includes designing robust data integration strategies that connect OneStream with our enterprise data warehouse, Snowflake, and various source systems such as Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Workday. The goal is to ensure seamless data flow for executive-level decision-making.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to drive system performance optimization. This involves meticulously refining Business Rules, tuning Cube Views for maximum efficiency, and actively monitoring infrastructure to ensure sub-second response times for our global user base. Your efforts will directly impact the productivity and satisfaction of our finance stakeholders.
- • You will be tasked with designing intuitive user experiences and streamlined workflows within OneStream. This focus on usability will enable finance stakeholders to efficiently leverage the platform's capabilities, reducing friction and enhancing their ability to perform critical financial tasks.
- • Establishing and enforcing rigorous coding standards, comprehensive data governance policies, and robust security protocols will be essential. This ensures compliance with SOX regulations and internal audit requirements, safeguarding the integrity and security of our financial data.
- • You will partner closely with senior finance leadership to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technical architectures. This collaborative approach ensures that our technology solutions align with and support the long-term growth objectives of the organization.
- • Providing technical escalation support for critical issues is a vital part of this role. You will also architect and implement robust disaster recovery protocols to ensure the continuous availability and protection of our enterprise financial data.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of deep OneStream XF experience, including complex business rule development (VB.NET/C#), solution design, and production deployments.
- • Advanced integration capabilities with proven experience architecting OneStream connections to enterprise systems (Snowflake, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, etc.) using REST APIs and web services.
- • Proven SQL expertise for complex financial data modeling, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior finance executives to translate strategic requirements into scalable technical solutions, including strong skills presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Experience with OneStream platform extensibility, including MarketPlace solution implementation and custom extensibility framework development.
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
