- • Principal Operations Lead, Fire & Life Safety Systems will own emergency preparedness end to end, lead facility fire risk assessments, and own the fire and life safety program.
- • The role will partner with Design and Delivery on plan review and commissioning of fire and life safety systems, lead incident investigations, and run the routine inspection program.
- • The Principal Operations Lead will travel 50 to 75% across the fleet and be the site point of contact for local or state Fire Marshals, OSHA, or state-plan (ADOSH) inspections.
- • The role will track leading and lagging safety metrics and use them to change what leadership prioritizes month to month.
🎯 Requirements
- • You’ve conducted plan review and commissioning of fire and life safety systems per NFPA, FM, and IFC codes and standards.
- • You hold a technical Fire Protection background.
- • You’ve conducted fire and life safety risk assessments per NFPA, FM, and IFC/IBC requirements.
- • You’ve managed and developed emergency response team members, fire inspectors, coordinators, or fire alarm and sprinkler technicians.
