- ⢠The Principal Partner Platform Advocate role is a strategic leadership position at Globalization Partners, Inc., focused on evolving and scaling the companyâs global workforce developer platform. This role bridges cutting-edge technology with transformative workforce solutions, directly shaping products that enable businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams seamlessly across 180+ countries. As a visionary product leader, you will own the end-to-end strategy for the Developer Platform, ensuring it empowers partners and developers to innovate while aligning with G-Pâs mission of breaking down barriers to global business and creating opportunities for everyone, everywhere.
- ⢠Day to day, you will establish and own the end-to-end strategy for the Developer Platform and its product offering; serve as the primary Developer Advocate across G-P product teams, defining the core Developer offering (APIs, Services, Tools, SDKs, Code Samples, etc) based on ecosystem needs; drive a high-velocity, customer-centric delivery cadence in partnership with Engineering, consistently championing the voice of the developer and partner; shape the product roadmap, define critical success metrics, and guide the team of product managers to continuously improve and expand the platform; direct the platformâs scaling strategy to support exponential client growth and evolving market demands, ensuring clear, measurable business outcomes; define and champion the holistic product vision and roadmap for the G-P Developer Platform, ensuring API and developer experience excellence across all EOR, Contractor, and Gia product lines; strategically leverage AI to create novel software solutions that tackle complex global workforce management and compliance issues, utilizing the Partner ecosystem to showcase and validate platform capabilities; champion the voice of the developer internally at G-P, extending product integrations and capabilities for custom workflows/solutions; evangelize the G-P developer platform to help customers and partners realize its full potential; cultivate platform awareness by actively showcasing the âart of the possibleâ through high-impact blogs, industry conferences, customer/developer events, and webinars; collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, customer success, operations, legal, HR, and sales) to ensure strategic alignment on product goals and deliverables; champion a user-centric approach by deeply understanding customer pain points through continuous research, interviews, and user testing to validate product ideas; identify opportunities for automation, deep integration with third-party tools (e.g., HRIS systems), and continuous user experience improvements; and partner with marketing and sales to define robust go-to-market strategies for new features and platform releases.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including significant tenure in a Senior or Principal B2B SaaS role.
- ⢠Expert-level understanding of the developer audience, their workflows, and modern tooling, including AI coding assistants and collaborative coding platforms.
- ⢠Deep expertise in developer platforms; preference for candidates who have successfully built and shipped developer-focused products, tools, or services.
- ⢠Demonstrated success owning a product from ideation to launch, managing both strategic vision and tactical execution effectively.
- ⢠A proven track record of successfully shipping AI-powered products that result in demonstrable and significant customer value.
- ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
