- • As a Principal Partner Sales Executive at Zendesk, you will be a critical driver of company growth in the Japan market by building, operationalizing, and owning the plan for partner-led business in your sales territory.
- • Day to day, you will recruit and onboard new partners, enable them on Zendesk value propositions and sales plays, build joint business plans with top partners, align regional sales organizations with partners, collaborate on go-to-market activities with Marketing, provide cross-functional support to partners, track sales opportunities, maintain CRM data, and act as a Zendesk Partner Program ambassador internally and externally.
- • You will join a growing Partner Sales Team within Zendesk, a company dedicated to improving customer experience through its service software, powering billions of conversations for brands worldwide, and committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in a hybrid work environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS partner ecosystems, refine advanced sales methodologies, strengthen executive-level communication and negotiation skills, and drive measurable revenue and profitability growth while becoming a trusted authority on Zendesk’s products and partner strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 10+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, including 3+ years in a high-tech, fast-paced SaaS environment
- • Proven quota-carrying experience with a consistent track record of over-achieving sales targets
