📋 Description

  • Architect and rebuild Pipedrive’s people analytics foundation from the ground up, selecting modern tools, data models, and automation that will scale with a fast-growing, 850-person, 50-nationality workforce across ten offices and 179 countries.
  • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle—ingestion from Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, and other HR systems; transformation in AWS (Redshift, Glue, Lambda); and visualization in Tableau—ensuring every metric is accurate, timely, and privacy-compliant.
  • Translate workforce data into board-level narratives that directly influence C-suite decisions on headcount planning, org design, DEI initiatives, and the company-wide AI-native transformation that is redefining how 100,000+ customers use Pipedrive.
  • Design and socialize the single source of truth for people KPIs: attrition risk, time-to-productivity, high-performer density, manager effectiveness, and AI-readiness indices, turning raw numbers into actionable insights that drive retention and growth.
  • Mentor and level-up a team of senior analysts, instituting code-review rituals, storytelling workshops, and career-path frameworks that turn great technicians into strategic business partners.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and Product Analytics to fuse people data with revenue, customer, and product telemetry, uncovering correlations between team health and ARR growth.
  • Lead quarterly “People Insights Summits” where you present predictive models—such as flight-risk heat maps or AI-skills gap forecasts—to an audience of VPs and directors, sparking data-backed decisions within 24 hours.
  • Champion ethical data use and GDPR compliance, building role-based access controls and anonymization pipelines that protect employee privacy while enabling deep analytics.
  • Experiment with NLP on engagement-survey comments and Gen-AI on skills taxonomies, pushing the boundaries of what people analytics can do in an AI-first company.
  • Continuously refine data quality through automated anomaly detection and lineage documentation, reducing manual reconciliation effort by 70% within your first year.
  • Create self-service dashboards that empower every HRBP and line manager to explore their own teams’ data, freeing you to focus on high-impact strategic questions.
  • Influence the selection and implementation of next-generation HRIS modules, ensuring every new system feeds cleanly into your analytics architecture.
  • Serve as the key liaison to Vista Equity Partners’ portfolio analytics network, sharing benchmarks and best practices that elevate Pipedrive’s people insights to world-class standards.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation, hosting monthly “Data & Donuts” sessions where employees bring real business questions and leave with answers—and pastries.
