• As a Principal Power Platform Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge, intelligent, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, with a significant emphasis on integrating and maximizing the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot.
• This role is instrumental in driving digital transformation by building AI-powered applications and automating complex business processes, thereby significantly enhancing organizational productivity and operational efficiency.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from initial concept and design through to deployment, optimization, and ongoing governance.
• A key aspect of your work will involve the seamless integration of core Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, with the advanced AI capabilities of Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• This integration will enable the creation of sophisticated, AI-driven applications and automated workflows that address critical business needs and unlock new opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
• You will play a crucial role in preparing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 tenant environment to ensure it is fully ready for the advanced features and integrations of Power Platform and Copilot.
• This includes establishing robust foundational elements for AI adoption and ensuring the environment can support complex, scalable solutions.
• A significant part of your responsibilities will involve building and fine-tuning sophisticated conversational agents using Copilot Studio.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio and experience integrating AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and readiness for Power Platform and AI integrations.
• Expertise in architecting scalable, secure, and well-governed Power Platform solutions, including data modeling and environment management.
