- • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of GridCARE’s most strategically important products focused on operationalizing grid capacity across customer, partner, and market-facing workflows.
- • Define how complex grid capabilities are translated into reliable, scalable customer and partner workflows, integrating internal products and external systems.
- • Translate operational, market, and customer requirements into clear product specifications and execution plans, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- • Lead prioritization across multiple product initiatives with significant complexity, ensuring alignment with GridCARE’s mission to accelerate AI infrastructure power access.
- • Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, real-time operational systems that ingest, process, and act on live grid data.
- • Define product capabilities for dispatch, orchestration, monitoring, verification, and performance management within energy infrastructure systems.
- • Shape products incorporating optimization, simulation, forecasting, machine learning, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance grid capacity utilization.
- • Define requirements for monitoring, compliance, auditability, and performance measurement in utility-scale and enterprise-grade operational platforms.
- • Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, documentation, analysis, and internal operations while applying strong product judgment to technical and commercial tradeoffs.
- • Work directly with customers, utilities, market participants, and strategic partners to understand operational and commercial requirements and represent GridCARE in industry engagements.
- • Author product requirements, business cases, strategic roadmaps, and product success metrics to guide cross-functional execution.
- • Mentor other product managers and contribute to scaling GridCARE’s product organization.
- • Collaborate with power systems experts, commercial teams, and executive leadership to align product development with technical and business goals.
- • Ensure products operate reliably at utility and enterprise scale, meeting industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements.
- • Drive integration of AI and machine learning workflows into core product functionalities to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- • Maintain deep fluency in power systems and energy markets to inform product decisions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high complexity and significant cross-functional dependencies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of highly technical and complex software products.
- • Proven track record building and scaling products from early stages through broad production deployment.
- • Experience with complex systems involving advanced algorithms, optimization, simulation, orchestration, machine learning, or operational decision-making.
- • Deep understanding of power systems and grid operations.
- • Strong understanding of energy and power markets.
- • Practical fluency with AI tools and workflows, with the ability to use AI to improve product discovery, analysis, prototyping, communication, and execution.
