- • As a Principal Product Manager at SimSpace, you will help define the future of cybersecurity and AI readiness.
- • SimSpace provides advanced, realistic cyber ranges as an AI Proving Grounds for mission-critical organizations worldwide.
- • This role is strategic in leading the development of our platform to enable organizations to train defenders, evaluate security controls, rehearse missions, test operational resilience, and validate emerging AI and agentic systems under realistic conditions.
- • AI systems and autonomous agents are rapidly becoming part of how organizations defend, operate, automate, and make decisions.
- • As adoption accelerates, enterprises and government organizations need trusted environments to understand how these systems perform, where they fail, how they behave under adversarial pressure, and whether they can be safely deployed in mission-critical workflows.
- • SimSpace is uniquely positioned to provide the realistic cyber environments, instrumentation, emulation, and validation workflows required to support that transformation.
- • In this role, you will define and drive platform capabilities that support AI training, testing, evaluation, and validation within realistic cyber environments.
- • The role requires a product leader who can operate at the intersection of AI systems, cybersecurity, enterprise platform architecture, simulation, automation, and customer outcomes.
- • You will partner across engineering, design, cyber subject matter experts, go-to-market teams, and customers to ensure SimSpace products are technically sound, commercially relevant, strategically differentiated, and measurable in the value they deliver.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful technical products, or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, simulation, security operations, or enterprise technology.
- • Demonstrated experience owning cyber products, platform products, infrastructure products, developer platforms, enterprise technical products, AI/ML platforms, cloud platforms, or other complex systems-oriented products.
- • Strong technical fluency and the ability to work directly with senior engineering leaders on architecture, platform design, APIs, data flows, integrations, scalability, reliability, security, and implementation tradeoffs.
