Principal Product Manager (Agentic Workflows)

📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ButterflyMX’s next-generation agentic workflow products, from white-space ideation through launch, adoption, and multi-million-dollar ARR growth. You will be the single-threaded leader who turns ambiguous market signals into concrete, revenue-generating solutions that redefine how 20,000+ properties manage access and operations.
• • Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, and go-to-market partners in rapid discovery sprints. You will orchestrate customer interviews, competitive teardowns, and technical spikes to validate (or kill) concepts within weeks, not quarters.
• • Define and relentlessly track KPIs that matter—contracted ARR, feature adoption, NPS, and operational cost savings—translating raw data into clear narratives that secure executive buy-in and resource allocation.
• • Co-create in the field: spend up to 30 % of your time onsite with property developers, managers, and residents, running contextual inquiry sessions and pilot programs that surface unmet needs invisible from a dashboard.
• • Architect AI-first product strategies that leverage large-language models, computer vision, and reinforcement learning to automate everything from visitor management to predictive maintenance, while ensuring security and compliance in highly regulated real-estate environments.
• • Balance 0→1 invention with 1→n scale. You will simultaneously incubate brand-new offerings and extend our mature, market-leading access-control platform through elegant 3rd-party integrations and API ecosystems.
• • Drive go-to-market orchestration: craft positioning, pricing, and partnership strategies that unlock new verticals (student housing, logistics hubs, flex office) and new geos (EMEA, APAC) without diluting core brand equity.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation. You will institutionalize rapid A/B testing, feature flags, and phased rollouts that let us ship value daily while protecting the 99.99 % uptime our customers demand.
• • Evangelize internally and externally. Expect to present at industry conferences, publish thought-leadership pieces, and run quarterly “AI in PropTech” webinars that position ButterflyMX as the undisputed innovation leader.
• • Mentor the next generation of PMs. You will run internal bootcamps on discovery techniques, AI product ethics, and storytelling—scaling your impact beyond any single roadmap.
• • Navigate high-stakes, high-pressure moments—whether it’s a last-minute compliance requirement or a security incident—by rallying teams around transparent communication, decisive prioritization, and calm execution.
