• • ButterflyMX is seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of innovative agentic workflows, a groundbreaking initiative poised to redefine how users interact with and manage access to their properties. This pivotal role is for an AI-forward, data-driven, and customer-obsessed product leader who thrives in a 0-to-1 product development environment. You will be instrumental in identifying new product market fit within adjacent categories, driving significant contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and achieving high product adoption rates.
• • As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for agentic workflows. This involves deep dives into customer needs, meticulous analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes, and the strategic definition of product roadmaps. Your primary objective will be to uncover and capitalize on opportunities that leverage AI to create seamless, intelligent, and automated access management solutions.
• • You will lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and agile environment. This team will be responsible for exploring, validating, and iterating on new product concepts. Your leadership will ensure alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and sales, guiding the team through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
