📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native cybersecurity products, from initial concept and discovery through launch and scaling, with a focus on proactive defense capabilities powered by deep LLM integration.
• Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for AI-driven security products that align with TENEX’s automation-first mission and sustain competitive advantage using advanced LLM architectures.
• Partner with AI Research and Detection Engineering teams to translate frontier LLM research into automated hunting playbooks and real-time intelligence feeds that enhance threat detection and response.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market functions to build AI-driven security products, ensuring technical investments directly translate into measurable customer security outcomes.
• Conduct deep discovery with security practitioners and CISOs to identify unmet needs in the AI-driven security landscape, specifically addressing alert fatigue through agentic frameworks and autonomous workflows.
• Translate complex technical AI capabilities into clear security outcomes that resonate with enterprise defenders, bridging the gap between AI innovation and operational cybersecurity needs.
• Drive product strategy for AI-native Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and the company’s vision of revolutionizing cybersecurity through automation and AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize features and technical investments that deliver maximum impact in reducing mean time to detect and respond to threats.
• Maintain deep awareness of evolving AI technologies, including multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and LLM fine-tuning techniques, and apply them to automate security analyst workflows.
• Articulate a compelling product vision and complex technical concepts to both executive leadership and technical individual contributors, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Leverage domain expertise in threat detection, MDR, and security operations to guide product decisions that enhance the effectiveness of security teams using AI-native tools.
• Contribute to shaping company culture as an early employee in a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Crosspoint Capital Partners, and Shield Capital.
• Work with cutting-edge AI-driven cybersecurity technologies, including integrations with Google SecOps solutions, to build next-generation defensive automation.
• Continuously improve security operations by iterating on AI models and product features based on real-world customer feedback and threat intelligence.
• Balance innovation with operational reliability, ensuring AI products are scalable, secure, and trusted by enterprise customers in high-stakes security environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in taking at least one complex AI-driven cybersecurity product from initial idea to successful market adoption.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and RAG pipelines can be leveraged to automate security analyst workflows.
• Deep domain knowledge in threat detection, MDR, and security operations, with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into security outcomes.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management within the cybersecurity or AI space, with a bias for technical products and high-growth environments.
• Ability to articulate a clear product vision and complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and technical individual contributors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
