  • • As a Principal Product Manager – AI Applications at Bluehost, you will own the strategy and execution for vibe coding experiences and prebuilt application templates, enabling small businesses to move from intent to application to iteration using AI-powered tooling.
  • • You will lead vendor integration, experience design, workflow orchestration, and product quality across a growing library of AI-driven app templates, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and valuable out-of-the-box experiences.
  • • You will partner with engineering, design, legal, and GTM teams to define standards, drive template adoption, and establish success metrics such as usage, iteration rate, time-to-value, retention, and expansion.
  • • You will act as a product quality bar-raiser, ensuring shipped experiences are cohesive and not just disconnected capabilities, while providing clear updates to leadership on roadmap progress and outcomes.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-assisted small business tools at a mission-driven company that empowers entrepreneurs to grow online with simplicity and performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, customer-facing products
  • • Proven experience building products on top of third-party platforms or vendor ecosystems
  • • Strong product intuition around experience design, workflow simplification, and usability, especially in creation tools
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams
  • • Highly self-directed, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating with senior-level autonomy
  • • Ability to think strategically while staying close to real customer usage and feedback
