- • As Principal Product Manager for Commercial Technical Innovation (CTI) at Rohlik Group SE, you will lead the strategic transformation of core commercial processes—including assortment management, pricing, promotions, and supplier interfaces—by replacing manual workflows with intelligent, AI-powered solutions that drive scalability and performance across five European markets.
- • You will own the end-to-end product strategy for the CTI stream, aligning with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Tech leadership to define a long-term vision for internal tooling innovation, identify critical bottlenecks, and shape the future of automation and agentic AI in retail operations.
- • Day to day, you will define clear priorities and interfaces across teams, mentor product engineers to build end-to-end product engineering capabilities, and oversee parallel delivery of cross-functional innovations using agile, lean teams to tackle high-impact use cases such as onboarding thousands of SKUs monthly and enabling real-time promotion management.
- • You will drive scalable rollouts across multiple countries and commercial teams, coordinate with Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery, and use data to measure process pain points, define and monitor KPIs (e.g., time-to-list, automation coverage), and lead pilots and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate rapidly.
- • Acting as the voice of the Commercial stream, you will facilitate change management through documentation, enablement, and rollout, ensuring unified and intuitive experiences for users across all countries and platforms while fostering strong cross-functional alignment.
- • You will grow alongside Rohlik Group’s rapid expansion, gaining deep expertise in AI-driven commercial tooling, B2B product strategy, and enterprise-scale automation, while making tangible impact on how millions of customers access fresh, sustainable food every day.
- • The Commercial Technical Innovation team is a high-impact, fast-moving unit within Rohlik Group’s product organization, operating at the intersection of retail operations, technology, and data science to modernize internal workflows and unlock performance gains through elegant, scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital tooling, or commercial topics, with proven success leading product teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- • Experience with commercial retail processes, including assortment management, pricing, promotions, and supplier interfaces, preferably in grocery or retail sectors
- • Strong understanding of internal user needs, workflow automation, and B2B user tooling, with hands-on experience in AI-driven systems and prototyping with agentic tools
- • Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills, fluency in English (other European languages a bonus), and ability to navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving
- • Based in Prague, Czech Republic, with willingness to travel up to 20% across markets to support rollouts and stakeholder alignment
