- • As a Technical Program Manager - SAP at Tessera Labs, you will lead strategic customer implementations of the company's multi-agent AI platform for ERP modernization, serving as the critical bridge between cutting-edge AI solutions and complex SAP landscapes.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end delivery of AI modernization programs, lead cross-functional delivery pods, conduct discovery workshops with SAP technical teams, manage technical escalations, and ensure enterprise-grade governance and compliance throughout implementations.
- • Tessera Labs is an AI-driven enterprise transformation company backed by Foundation Capital, focused on compressing ERP modernization from years to weeks through governed, multi-agent AI built specifically for SAP and other enterprise systems.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-accelerated enterprise transformation, influence the direction of AI integration in complex SAP environments, and develop leadership experience at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise systems modernization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep SAP Expertise: 4–6+ years of experience managing or leading the technical delivery of multiple SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA)
- • Technical Program Delivery: Proven experience in technical program management or engineering program delivery within enterprise environments
- • Technical Communication: Ability to read, understand, and explain SAP technical concepts, system constraints, and data models to both engineering teams and business stakeholders
- • Structured Execution: Strong command of Agile methodologies and experience orchestrating cross-functional delivery with large-scale technical dependencies
