- • Own end-to-end project execution for digital marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery.
- • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation for multi-phase client projects.
- • Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production to ensure seamless project delivery.
- • Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work (SOWs) to maintain financial accountability and efficiency.
- • Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and scope changes, and implement resolutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to align expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
- • Manage multiple concurrent client projects in a fast-paced agency environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- • Improve operational processes, workflows, and project management practices to enhance team efficiency, quality of delivery, and scalability.
- • Work directly with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists to support inbound business development and marketing initiatives.
- • Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, or Monday.com to track progress, allocate resources, and report on project health.
- • Maintain advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) to effectively communicate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
- • Operate with autonomy in a remote environment, focusing on results-driven outcomes rather than rigid schedules.
- • Contribute to a culture that values well-being, work-life balance, and professional growth through engagement activities and collaborative team dynamics.
- • Partner with senior-level professionals and industry-leading U.S. companies on high-impact, culture-driven campaigns for global brands.
- • Leverage agency-specific experience to navigate the unique demands of creative, social media, and influencer marketing projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience
- • Agency experience is required
- • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns
- • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production
- • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms
