- • Own end-to-end project execution for digital marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery.
- • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation for multi-phase client projects.
- • Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production to ensure seamless project delivery.
- • Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work (SOWs) to maintain financial accountability and profitability.
- • Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and scope changes, and implement resolutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to align expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
- • Manage multiple high-priority client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment without compromising quality or deadlines.
- • Improve operational efficiency by refining project management workflows, processes, and practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- • Work closely with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists to support inbound business development and marketing initiatives.
- • Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, or Monday.com to track progress, allocate resources, and report on project health.
- • Ensure all projects adhere to agency standards and client requirements while maintaining alignment with strategic business goals.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, changes, approvals, and deliverables to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer.
- • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client projects, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving client needs while maintaining focus on deliverables and team performance.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies within the agency to scale operations effectively.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience
- • Agency experience is required
- • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns
- • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production
- • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required
