- • Own the direction and delivery of integrations between Alkami’s digital banking product and other products in the Digital Sales & Service Platform (DSSP) ecosystem, including marketing, origination, and fraud prevention systems, in both directions.
- • Define and execute a clear vision and roadmap for cross-product integrations that create differentiated client value and align with the broader DSSP strategy.
- • Lead cross-team integration initiatives through influence rather than direct authority, building strong relationships with product, engineering, sales, client success, and support teams.
- • Translate the DSSP vision into concrete, integrated experiences that connect digital banking with complementary products to enhance client outcomes.
- • Balance long-term integration strategy with day-to-day execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features while managing dependencies and trade-offs across teams.
- • Identify and champion new opportunities for bidirectional integration that unlock unique value for financial institutions, going beyond existing product boundaries.
- • Evaluate technical and business trade-offs to ensure integrations deliver durable client value without introducing unnecessary complexity.
- • Define clear objectives, success metrics, and impact measures for all integration initiatives, using data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering to understand system architecture constraints and ensure integration direction aligns with technical roadmaps and scalability needs.
- • Develop deep expertise in digital banking functionality, compliance requirements, and industry trends to inform integration strategy and client-centric design.
- • Communicate integration progress, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- • Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives from concept to launch, removing ambiguity and keeping teams focused on measurable outcomes.
- • Anticipate and resolve cross-team dependencies, roadmap conflicts, and escalations before they impact delivery timelines or client experience.
- • Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple concurrent integration projects while prioritizing key deliverables.
- • Operate as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports, leading through influence, collaboration, and strategic alignment across the organization.
- • Ensure all integration efforts support Alkami’s mission of enabling anticipatory banking through unified, data-informed digital experiences for U.S. banks and credit unions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time as a senior individual contributor on large, complex products
- • Proven experience owning the integration of a flagship or platform-scale product with other products, preferably within FinTech or banking
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-team initiatives through influence and delivering them end to end without direct authority
- • Proven track record of identifying and executing integrations across multiple products that created differentiated customer value
