• • The Product Management team is seeking a Principal Product Manager to spearhead our Fintech portfolio. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with our Finance team to architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions encompassing B2B and B2C payments, partner payouts, sophisticated fraud management systems, comprehensive tax solutions, and cutting-edge regulatory technology. You will be instrumental in defining our overarching financial platform strategy, ensuring seamless alignment of products and processes across product, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders.
• • As a Principal Product Manager, you will define the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmaps for enhancing and expanding our fintech capabilities. This includes overseeing incoming and outgoing payment processing, invoicing systems, advanced fraud detection and prevention mechanisms, and ensuring robust tax compliance.
• • You will foster strong collaborations with the finance, engineering, and security teams to meticulously identify needs and develop resilient, scalable solutions. A key aspect of this role involves direct engagement with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners to deeply understand their technological requirements and provide insightful, data-driven recommendations.
• • You will own the overall success of our FinTech product portfolio by establishing and managing both near-term and long-term strategic roadmaps, with a sharp focus on driving key business metrics. This includes taking ownership of critical partner integrations and their ongoing optimization to maximize efficiency and value.
• • A core responsibility is to communicate complex financial and technical concepts effectively. You will articulate unique fintech concepts to diverse audiences, adeptly breaking down intricate topics to ensure clarity and understanding for all stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• • You will serve as a thought leader within the fintech product innovation space, proactively identifying emerging technologies and developing strategies to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our financial platforms.
