  • • Lead and execute the strategic roadmap for PHIL’s external integrations including electronic health records (EHRs), payers and plans, and third-party providers, translating high-level business strategy into technical product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • • Serve as a General Manager (GM) for integrations, owning end-to-end responsibility for defining business requirements, evaluating third-party systems, and delivering both quick wins and long-term scalability.
  • • Benchmark against industry best practices and build a strategic plan to achieve best-in-class service offerings aligned with PHIL’s mission to streamline prescription access and improve patient outcomes.
  • • Drive significant improvements in quality and speed by optimizing processing workflows and prioritizing platform capabilities over internal development where feasible.
  • • Develop and champion new platform capabilities to support expanded therapeutic categories and enhanced patient therapy management across the care continuum.
  • • Set and monitor long-term success metrics and operational KPIs, ensuring the product roadmap is tightly aligned with measurable business and patient impact outcomes.
  • • Act as an industry thought leader by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding third-party systems and service providers to keep PHIL at the forefront of health-tech innovation.
  • • Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Pharmacy Operations, Business Development, and Commercial teams to define priorities and deliver value.
  • • Conduct discovery efforts and user research to uncover high-impact opportunities, then ruthlessly prioritize initiatives to maintain organizational focus and execution velocity.
  • • Mentor and elevate the broader product team through thought leadership, strategic rigor, and operational depth, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • • Influence C-suite leaders and senior executives on product strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions to optimize business outcomes and align with company-wide goals.
  • • Maintain deep fluency in data and metrics, including setting and managing product KPIs and operational SLAs to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • • Apply a bias for action to rapidly launch solutions, thrive under pressure as a highly independent contributor, and deliver outsized results in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • • Leverage AI in actual product solutions, including continuous learning systems and development efficiency tools, to enhance platform capabilities and operational workflows.
  • • Ensure all integrations and product decisions are made with a patient-centric lens, prioritizing accessibility, affordability, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate complex regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare into clear, actionable product specifications.
  • • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including pharmacy operations, payer systems, and manufacturer distribution models, to inform strategic product decisions.
  • • Champion scalable systems design that improves patient care while reducing administrative burden on prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers.
  • • Balance innovation with compliance in a highly regulated industry, ensuring all integrations meet legal, privacy, and operational standards.
  • • Drive continuous learning and adaptation by staying current with evolving health-tech trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting prescription delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in product management with minimum 3 years experience in converting organization business strategy into clear product requirements and outcomes.
  • • Experience in healthcare, ideally in pharmacy operations, EHR systems, payer and plan integrations, etc.
  • • Proven ability to define and drive product strategy in complex, regulated, and mission-critical domains.
  • • Strong fluency with data and metrics, including experience setting and managing product KPIs and operational SLAs.
  • • Deep understanding of technical systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership including C suite leaders on product strategy and prioritization, to optimize business outcomes.
  • • A passion for improving patient care through thoughtful, scalable systems design.
  • • Ability to thrive under pressure, deliver outsized results as a highly independent individual contributor and bias for action to launch solutions rapidly.
  • • Proven use of AI in actual product solutions including continuous learning systems, as well as in development efficiency.
  • • Education in technology / healthcare / pharmacy is required, MBA is highly desired.
