• • As the Principal Product Manager for MetaMask's Transaction Swimlane, you will be at the forefront of shaping the core user experience and transaction lifecycle for one of the most critical components of the decentralized web. This pivotal role involves leading a team of six Product Managers and their respective product teams, guiding them through the complexities of developing and enhancing the MetaMask Extension. Your leadership will directly impact how millions of users globally interact with and value their digital assets and decentralized applications.
• • You will serve as the primary owner for the Core Extension UX, with a specific focus on the most critical in-wallet transaction flows. This includes defining and setting the highest standards for user experience, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, efficient, and secure. Your responsibility extends to overseeing the performance of these core functions, guaranteeing a seamless and reliable experience for our diverse user base.
• • A key aspect of this role is to establish and drive a clear, user-centric product strategy. This strategy must be deeply anchored in understanding user jobs-to-be-done, applying first principles thinking, and defining measurable outcomes. These outcomes will be directly tied to key performance indicators such as transaction volume, transaction success rates, monetization opportunities, and the minimization of funds lost incidents, reflecting the critical nature of the transaction swimlane.
• • You will be instrumental in translating the overarching product strategy into crisp, aligned roadmaps for each team within the Transaction Swimlane.
