- • Lead the execution and scaling of new telehealth offerings as FSA Store expands into digital health services, building 0<1 products in regulated environments at the intersection of e-commerce, healthcare workflows, and compliance.
- • Develop product strategy and roadmap for telehealth-connected offerings, define prioritized initiatives aligned with business goals, and identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
- • Design and manage the end-to-end telehealth user journey including scheduling, intake, provider review, follow-up, appointment flow, documentation delivery, payment logic, and customer notifications while ensuring HIPAA, PHI, and regulatory compliance.
- • Partner with engineering to integrate with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and third-party APIs; collaborate with Marketing and CX to align workflows and messaging; work with providers and telehealth partners to establish scalable, secure, and auditable review processes.
- • Drive cross-functional impact across the organization by leading product execution in a regulated digital health space, leveraging deep expertise in subscription products and digital intake workflows.

- • Grow as a strategic product leader by owning complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to launch, gaining experience in regulated data handling, API integrations, and secure workflow design while contributing to company-wide health and wellness initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4-7+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on work in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech environments
- • Proven experience building 0-1 products, specifically in subscription-based product development
- • Demonstrated experience building or integrating telehealth or digital intake workflows
- • Strong understanding of regulated data handling, privacy, and security best practices, including HIPAA and PHI compliance
- • Experience working with engineering on API integrations and platform builds
- • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
