📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for TENEX’s Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting offerings, from initial concept and discovery through launch and scaling in a zero-to-one environment.
• Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting products that aligns with TENEX’s AI-native mission and sustains competitive advantage against evolving cyber adversaries.
• Partner directly with Detection Engineering and Security Research teams to translate frontier threat research into automated hunting playbooks, real-time intelligence feeds, and actionable detection logic.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market functions to build AI-driven security products that convert complex security data into autonomous defense strategies.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with security practitioners and CISOs to identify unmet needs in threat intelligence, specifically addressing alert fatigue and signal-to-noise challenges in modern SOC environments.
• Translate technical capabilities of LLMs and graph-based reasoning into product features that automate analyst workflows, enhance threat detection accuracy, and reduce manual investigation time.
• Establish product metrics and success criteria tied directly to measurable customer security outcomes, ensuring technical investments deliver tangible defensive value.
• Serve as the primary product advocate for Threat Intelligence and Hunting capabilities internally and externally, articulating vision to executives, engineers, and customers with clarity and authority.
• Maintain deep awareness of the threat landscape, including MITRE ATT&CK framework, TIP ecosystems, threat actor attribution, and emerging adversary tactics, to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to position and scale Threat Intelligence products in enterprise SaaS markets, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
• Drive product adoption by integrating TENEX’s AI-native MDR platform with Google SecOps solutions and other industry-standard security toolchains.
• Act as a key cultural contributor in a fast-growing startup, helping shape product philosophy, engineering priorities, and customer-centric values during a critical growth phase.
• Balance long-term strategic vision with rapid iteration cycles, prioritizing features that deliver immediate security value while building scalable, AI-enhanced capabilities for future growth.
• Maintain rigorous product discipline in a high-velocity environment, ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in taking at least one complex cybersecurity product from initial idea to successful market adoption (0 to 1)
• Deep domain knowledge in Threat Intelligence (TIP, feeds, attribution) and Threat Hunting methodologies (MITRE ATT&CK, hypothesis-based hunting)
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space, with a bias for technical products and high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of how LLMs and graph-based reasoning can be leveraged to automate security analyst workflows and threat detection
• Ability to articulate a clear product vision and complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and technical individual contributors
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
