Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Principal Program Manager in the Office of the CRO at Autodesk, you will serve as a strategic extension of the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving high-impact initiatives that shape sales culture, performance, and leadership alignment across a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end design and rollout of sales culture initiatives, translate early-stage CRO ideas into executive-ready narratives and decks, facilitate workshops with clear actionable outputs, coordinate cross-functional reporting, and build scalable frameworks that ensure programs stick beyond launch.
- • You will be embedded in Autodesk’s sales organization, partnering closely with sales leadership and enablement to ensure initiatives land in the field, while maintaining visibility and alignment for the CRO and Chief of Staff without adding bureaucratic overhead.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your executive presence, master the art of influencing without authority, refine your ability to structure ambiguity into action, and build reusable tools that accelerate impact across the revenue organization — positioning you as a trusted operator in GTM strategy and operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in consulting, Chief of Staff functions, sales enablement, or senior program operations
- • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, executive-level priorities and build them into structured, actionable programs
- • Exceptional slide craft — strong visual thinker with the ability to make complex narratives land with a senior audience
- • Strong EQ and executive presence; experienced operating in rooms where you may be the most junior person
- • Proven ability to work across senior stakeholders without formal authority, earning influence through quality and reliability
- • Comfortable generating your own structure and moving forward in the absence of a clear brief or constant direction
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary range of $124,000 to $221,430 for U.S.-based roles, with potential for annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and commissions
- • Comprehensive benefits package including health, financial, and wellness offerings designed to support employee well-being
- • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with dedicated resources and initiatives to foster a culture where everyone can thrive
- • Equal Opportunity Employer commitment, considering all qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics, including criminal history where applicable by law
