  • • As a Principal Researcher in Healthcare Innovations at AIR, you will lead high-impact research and evaluation projects focused on improving healthcare quality, costs, and access, directly contributing to evidence-based solutions that save lives and expand opportunities for underserved populations.
  • • Day to day, you will lead project execution and business development for CMS and CMMI initiatives, direct large complex projects or portfolios of smaller projects, lead proposal efforts including client relations and briefings, serve as an industry expert on alternative payment models and Medicare payment policies, coach and mentor staff, and foster inclusive team environments that value diverse perspectives.
  • • AIR is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization founded in 1946, headquartered in Arlington, VA, dedicated to behavioral and social science research and technical assistance that addresses pressing challenges in the U.S. and globally through data-driven solutions.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare policy and federal contracting, strengthen leadership and mentorship capabilities, drive innovation in value-based care models, and contribute to nationally significant research that influences public health policy and practice.
