- • As a Principal Researcher in Healthcare Innovations at AIR, you will lead high-impact research and evaluation projects focused on improving healthcare quality, costs, and access, directly contributing to evidence-based solutions that save lives and expand opportunities for underserved populations.
- • Day to day, you will lead project execution and business development for CMS and CMMI initiatives, direct large complex projects or portfolios of smaller projects, lead proposal efforts including client relations and briefings, serve as an industry expert on alternative payment models and Medicare payment policies, coach and mentor staff, and foster inclusive team environments that value diverse perspectives.
