  • • Serve as the functional expert and operational lead for Sales Operations, driving excellence in CRM governance, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process execution without direct people management responsibilities.
  • • Oversee all Salesforce operational activities including updates to opportunities, accounts, contacts, and territory management to ensure data integrity and process adherence across the North American sales organization.
  • • Act as the primary North America Salesforce operational expert and advisor, providing guidance on sales process execution, CRM governance standards, and system best practices.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Order Management, and Global Delivery Center teams to align sales operations with organizational changes, personnel updates, and territory realignments within Salesforce.
  • • Support global Salesforce initiatives by providing operational input and business requirements to RevApps and RevOps teams, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.
  • • Lead forecasting processes, pipeline inspection cadence, and sales operational reviews to enhance accuracy, visibility, and decision-making for Sales Leadership.
  • • Develop and deliver ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and operational analyses tailored to North America Sales teams and executive leadership to track performance and identify trends.
  • • Analyze pipeline health, operational risks, and process inefficiencies to provide actionable recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy, CRM adoption, and sales velocity.
  • • Drive standardization and scalability of operational processes across the quote-to-close lifecycle, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and organizational growth.
  • • Support implementation and refinement of operational controls, best practices, and process improvements to enhance consistency and efficiency in sales execution.
  • • Lead or contribute to ad hoc operational projects and strategic initiatives as assigned, focusing on improving data quality, reporting consistency, and cross-functional alignment.
  • • Mentor operational team members and serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Salesforce and sales operations issues.
  • • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to deliver executive-level reporting and operational performance tracking that informs strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • • Ensure CRM data governance standards are consistently applied and enforced across all sales teams, minimizing errors and maximizing system usability.
  • • Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, and configuration to support evolving business needs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
