Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Principal Software Engineer at Sphera Holdings, Inc., you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to create a safer, more sustainable world through environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHS&S) software solutions. Your work will directly impact the development and evolution of the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) product family, enabling global organizations to measure, manage, and reduce their environmental footprint.
• • Day to day, you will lead full-stack development and maintenance of the LCA product suite across desktop clients, backend services, data layers, and APIs. You will design and implement functionality using Delphi and C#, develop RESTful services and APIs, support custom integrations with ERP, CRM, and PLM systems, analyze requirements, assess development efforts, and contribute to technology strategy by evaluating trends to ensure a future-proof architecture. You will collaborate within a Scrum team, write unit tests, produce technical documentation, refactor legacy modules, and provide 3rd-level support for complex issues.
