- • Lead system architecture and design for large-scale, distributed applications, driving technical excellence and innovation across engineering teams.
- • Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns while mentoring senior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capabilities.
- • Drive adoption of AI capabilities into products and workflows, including evaluating AI models for performance, bias, and scalability using tools like GitHub Copilot and Azure AI services.
- • Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage (Blob, Cosmos DB, SQL Database).
- • Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to align engineering efforts with strategic initiatives and business goals.
- • Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability through expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed high-availability architectures.
- • Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI tools, frameworks, and cloud services, to maintain technological leadership.
- • Apply Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep) and implement monitoring via Azure Monitor and Application Insights for observable, secure systems.
- • Influence stakeholders and drive technical strategy across teams, fostering innovation through AI and cloud technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in software development
- • Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Angular (good to have)
- • Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
- • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, automation)
- • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, Agent, RAG, MCP)
- • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including AKS, Azure Functions/App Services, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage (Blob, Cosmos DB, SQL Database)
- • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep), monitoring (Azure Monitor, Application Insights), and security (Azure AD, RBAC)
- • Ability to design highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems with experience in distributed and high-availability architectures
- • Proven ability to lead technical strategy across teams, influence stakeholders, and align engineering with business goals
