- • Create scenario variations that cover the full software development lifecycle, including common technical challenges, edge cases, and industry best practices.
- • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in AI-generated technical guidance and provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve model performance.
- • Influence how AI systems interpret and apply software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and coding standards through precise, expert-level input.
- • Contribute to training datasets that enhance AI models’ understanding of software engineering best practices across multiple programming languages and environments.
- • Collaborate asynchronously with remote teams and AI labs to deliver high-quality training content aligned with evolving industry standards.
- • Maintain consistent output quality across diverse technical domains, ensuring feedback is detailed, unambiguous, and grounded in professional engineering experience.
- • Participate in ongoing project assignments matched to expertise, availability, and current AI lab needs, with no fixed start dates or guaranteed workload.
- • Engage with a community of independent software engineering experts through 10x Team’s platform, receiving clear briefs and streamlined onboarding for each assignment.
- • Utilize the 10x Team AI Academy for access to ongoing professional development resources designed to enhance AI training capabilities.
- • Complete a written assessment and AI-powered interview as part of the application and matching process.
- • Work remotely on a freelance basis, with weekly time commitment ranging between 8 and 20 hours, tailored to project demand and personal availability.
- • Ensure all contributions reflect current, industry-recognized software engineering practices and are grounded in hands-on experience as a Principal Software Engineer.
