- • Design and develop software application deployments for global clinical research technology platforms.
- • Implement full CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows to ensure consistent, reliable software releases.
- • Create and execute automated testing routines to guarantee stable, error-free deployments across production environments.
- • Support DevOps initiatives by eliminating manual release and build processes through automation.
- • Develop and manage infrastructure automation and cloud environments using AWS and Azure.
- • Train IT and development teams on infrastructure automation best practices and standardized operational procedures.
- • Monitor and maintain software security, performance metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical clinical systems.
- • Provide Tier III support for production applications, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring optimal functionality.
- • Lead technical design decisions for software systems that support scalable, secure, and compliant clinical trial operations.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to accelerate evidence generation and decision-making in global clinical trials.
- • Conduct requirement analysis and write unit test cases to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- • Drive technical excellence by mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Manage and develop high-performing software engineering teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- • Work within Agile development frameworks to deliver iterative improvements and maintain sprint cadence.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and automation scripts to ensure knowledge retention and team alignment.
- • Ensure all software systems adhere to regulatory compliance standards relevant to clinical research and healthcare data.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- • Minimum of 8+ years of professional software development experience
- • Proven, hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and senior-level expertise in ASP.NET MVC
- • Strong background in SQL, PL/SQL, and Postgres with a backend database focus
- • Experience leading and managing Software Engineering teams, including mentoring and overseeing project delivery
- • Demonstrated ability to work in Agile development environments
