- • Lead end-to-end implementation of Arena PLM software for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and professional delivery aligned with customer satisfaction goals.
- • Present Arena application capabilities to customers through demonstrations, clearly explaining functional expertise and offering pragmatic guidance on implementation options, including pros and cons of different approaches.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and process-related challenges that impact the efficient implementation and adoption of the Arena PLM application.
- • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, overseeing project planning, configuration, software installation, data migration, and customer training.
- • Analyze and map customer business requirements to align with implementation objectives and optimal use of the Arena PLM platform.
- • Maintain a deep, working understanding of the functional architecture, modules, and features of the Arena PLM application to provide expert guidance and support.
- • Collaborate with the customer success team to translate knowledge of Arena PLM usage into educational content that enhances customer adoption and proficiency.
- • Work independently with confidence to manage delivery of implementation services while being available to assist and support other team members as needed.
- • Apply manufacturing domain expertise specifically in High Tech, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries to inform implementation strategies and customer advisory.
- • Leverage experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to guide customers through complex workflows including engineering change management, quality management systems, and product data management.
- • Utilize strong presentation, project scoping, and planning skills to ensure successful client engagements and clear communication of technical concepts.
- • Apply general knowledge of relational databases and reporting applications to support data migration and system integration tasks.
- • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with MS Access is a plus.
- • Bring demonstrated passion for customer service and people-focused problem-solving in a software implementation environment.
- • Implement SaaS solutions with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in cloud-based software delivery.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and customer success practices based on real-world project experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Operations, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in consulting and software solution implementation
- • Manufacturing background in High Tech, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries
- • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience

- • Annual salary range of $87,000 - $176,000 (base + on-target incentive compensation)
