- • As a Principal Solution Engineer at Acxiom LLC, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical expertise and business strategy, translating complex client challenges into scalable, ROI-driven mar-tech and data solutions that directly impact revenue and customer engagement outcomes.
- • Your role is pivotal in enabling sales success by designing innovative, cloud-native architectures—such as unified customer profiles and identity-resolution workflows—that align with Acxiom’s product capabilities and partner ecosystems, ensuring technical feasibility while maximizing business value.
- • Day to day, you will lead discovery sessions with prospects and clients to uncover root-cause business and technical pain points, translating them into actionable requirements and success metrics that inform solution design.
- • You will architect scalable, best-practice-aligned data and mar-tech solutions, leveraging deep expertise in cloud platforms, data integration, API ecosystems, and emerging technologies like AI and privacy-enhancing tools to ensure solutions are both innovative and implementable.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and solutions strategy teams to influence deal strategy, contribute technical inputs to RFPs/RFIs, and remove barriers that accelerate sales cycles through proof points, demos, and tailored value articulation.
- • You will pilot and co-develop emerging solutions in response to market needs, capture field insights to refine product offerings, and provide strategic feedback to shape Acxiom’s long-term solution and product roadmap.
- • You will translate technical features into compelling, outcome-based business narratives tailored to diverse stakeholders—from technical architects to C-suite executives—using data-driven proof points to build confidence and highlight Acxiom’s competitive differentiators.
- • You will foster cross-functional trust and collaboration by communicating transparently, resolving obstacles, and demonstrating decisive leadership and accountability in driving solutions from concept to delivery.
- • You will maintain a growth mindset by continuously learning about evolving trends in mar-tech, ad-tech, AI, identity resolution, and data privacy, and actively share thought leadership through internal enablement sessions and external client engagements.
- • You will operate as a trusted advisor and technical leader within a high-performing, mission-driven team at Acxiom, a global leader in data-driven marketing and customer intelligence, where your work directly contributes to helping brands build deeper, more meaningful customer relationships.
- • In this role, you will develop mastery in enterprise-scale solution architecture, strategic client consulting, and technical sales enablement—positioning yourself as a go-to expert in mar-tech innovation with opportunities to influence product direction, lead complex deals, and grow into broader leadership roles within Acxiom’s solutions organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in mar-tech, ad-tech, or related industries as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar client-facing technical role
- • Proven expertise in designing cloud-native data solutions, including unified customer profiles, identity-resolution workflows, and mar-tech integrations aligned to industry best practices
- • Strong ability to conduct discovery sessions, uncover root-cause business and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable, value-driven technical architectures
- • Demonstrated skill in technical storytelling and value articulation—converting complex concepts into clear, outcome-based narratives for diverse stakeholders
- • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to influence deal strategy, support RFPs/RFIs, and accelerate sales cycles through demos, proof points, and solution narratives
- • Familiarity with emerging trends in mar-tech, AI, identity resolution, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and data ecosystems, with a commitment to continuous learning and thought leadership
