📋 Description
- • As a Principal Solutions Executive I - Security at CDW Corporation, you will drive revenue growth and market share for CDW Security by selling security services and products to enterprise clients across industries.
- • You will manage the full sales lifecycle including strategic account planning, opportunity identification, relationship building, and solution positioning with C-level stakeholders in IT, security, compliance, finance, and risk management.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams including subject matter experts, practice leadership, sales management, and marketing to align solutions, coordinate pursuits, and exceed client expectations.
- • You will mentor junior team members, represent CDW at industry events, and contribute to thought leadership through speaking engagements and content creation to strengthen personal and organizational brand.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- • 10+ years of experience in selling security solutions or equivalent experience as a security practitioner with full lifecycle sales expertise.
- • Mastery of at least seven of CDW’s security focus areas including Identity and Access Management, Risk and Compliance, Cloud Security, and Threat and Vulnerability Management.
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with year-over-year performance growth.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with ability to engage senior leadership across technical and business functions.
- • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and partner engagement.

- • Competitive base salary range of $115,200 - $140,000 based on experience and performance.
