- • Lead pivotal technical initiatives driving end-to-end execution within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) Organization, with a strong focus on enabling and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) capabilities.
- • Drive complex technical programs from concept to market impact, including product launches, growth programs, customer acquisition, monetization, and lifecycle engagement, ensuring outcomes directly support business growth, customer experience, and revenue objectives.
- • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and GTM stakeholders to align technology delivery with GTM strategies and business goals.
- • Operate within a culture that values reimagining the possible, diverse perspectives, and leadership that shapes the future, with flexibility for remote work across Pacific to Central time zones and preference for Bay Area presence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager
- • Proven experience delivering GTM-aligned programs, including product launches, growth initiatives, or customer-facing platforms
- • Strong experience working across business and technical teams on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments using Agile methodologies
- • Solid technical background with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
