📋 Description
- • As a Principal Technical Program Manager - Strategy & Operations at FreeWheel, a Comcast company, you will lead strategic planning and execution of complex technical programs that align with business objectives and drive innovation in the advertising technology space. This role is critical for ensuring seamless ad transactions across screens, data types, and sales channels for publishers, advertisers, and media buyers globally.
- • Day to day, you will drive the strategic scope of technical programs, lead planning and execution of key project milestones, consult on and refine technical program management frameworks, prioritize and develop technical program roadmaps, spearhead comprehensive program plans including critical path analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to establish success criteria, resolve conflicts, build consensus, forecast resources, and lead technical and field teams in developing schedules and tools for program rollouts from trials to controlled deployments.
- • You will join a global team at FreeWheel, which operates in nine countries and powers premium video ad platforms using advanced technology and robust data. The company is committed to innovation, customer-centricity, inclusion, and teamwork, guided by its Operating Principles and Net Promoter System to continuously improve employee and customer experiences.

- • Bachelor's Degree
- • 15+ years of relevant work experience
- • Expertise in technical program management in the technology sector
- • Proven ability to drive strategic planning and execution of complex technical programs
- • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- • Demonstrated skill in prioritization, planning, and resource forecasting
