  • • Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend software solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience with Node.js and Java to build high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code that forms the backbone of our contact center technology. This includes not only writing new code but also actively participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to the highest software development standards and best practices.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves deep engagement with database design and optimization. You will be responsible for architecting relational database schemas that are both efficient and scalable, writing complex and optimized queries, and implementing strategies to ensure data integrity and peak performance. Understanding and managing data effectively is paramount to the success of our contact center operations.
  • • This position requires specialized expertise in real-time communication technologies. You will develop and maintain critical components for real-time interactions, including a strong understanding and practical application of WebRTC for browser-based communication, SIP signaling for call setup and management, and RTP streaming for the efficient transmission of audio and video data. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and responsiveness of our communication services.
  • • Furthermore, you will explore and implement innovative solutions for audio and video media processing and integration within the contact center environment. This may involve working with various media codecs, handling different media formats, and ensuring seamless integration with existing and future contact center functionalities. Your ability to tackle these media-related challenges will be key to enhancing our service offerings.
  • • A strong understanding of the contact center domain is essential. You will contribute directly to the development of contact center-specific features and integrations, demonstrating a nuanced comprehension of the unique requirements and workflows within this industry. This domain expertise will enable you to build solutions that are not only technically sound but also highly relevant and effective for our clients.
  • • Performance and scalability are at the core of our platform's success. You will be tasked with identifying and proactively addressing performance bottlenecks across the backend systems. This involves rigorous performance testing, profiling, and implementing optimizations to ensure our platform can seamlessly scale to meet the ever-growing demands of our user base and business operations.
