- • Lead the strategic vision and execution for Chime.com, transforming it into a high-speed, high-trust growth engine that significantly contributes to the company's expansion.
- • Define and own a comprehensive 12-24 month roadmap for the web platform, focusing on headless CMS architecture, reusable component development, and substantial improvements to Core Web Vitals.
- • Spearhead the critical migration from WordPress to Contentful, meticulously managing content modeling, developing a robust redirect strategy, and ensuring seamless author enablement to preserve existing search rankings.
- • Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance content updates and ingestion processes, driving efficiency and innovation in content management.
- • Collaborate closely with the Product team to shape the overarching platform strategy and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- • Take ownership of site health, performance metrics, and site-wide conversion rates, partnering with the Analytics team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insightful reports.
- • Oversee the entire web production pipeline, ensuring that prioritized updates and deployments are executed efficiently and effectively, directly supporting Chime's strategic goals.
- • Establish and manage a scalable operating model for Chime.com, empowering cross-functional teams to seamlessly request, prioritize, and launch new pages and site updates.
- • Work in tandem with SEO/AEO and Content Strategy teams to embed best practices, such as schema markup, internal linking strategies, and metadata optimization, into all templates and components.
- • Ensure the web platform is architected to facilitate robust experimentation, providing the necessary infrastructure and support for the CRO team's testing initiatives.
- • Champion the design and maintenance of templates and components that deliver an intuitive, fast, accessible, and reliable web experience, directly impacting user engagement and conversion.
- • Drive improvements in technical performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and other critical performance indicators to ensure a superior user experience.
- • Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical details into understandable insights and driving project momentum.
