📋 Description

• • As a Principal AI & Data Scientist at Alignment Healthcare, you will drive the strategic vision and technical execution of enterprise AI initiatives that directly impact senior healthcare outcomes, translating complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• • Day to day, you will architect AI platforms, lead innovation in healthcare AI (including LLMs, causal inference, and vision models), advise executive leadership on AI strategy, establish MLOps and ethical AI standards, and represent the company externally through research, conferences, and partnerships.
• • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing organization committed to transforming care for seniors and the chronically ill, working alongside cross-functional teams in engineering, product, clinical, and operations to embed AI into core business processes.
