• • As a Principal Architect within TTEC Digital's Technology Consulting practice, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions for our diverse clientele. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned technology leader who thrives on architecting complex systems, guiding delivery teams, and driving innovation within the AWS ecosystem.
• • You will serve as a senior technical advisor, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technology strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in designing end-to-end solutions that leverage the full power of Amazon Web Services (AWS) to achieve transformative customer experience (CX) outcomes.
• • A core aspect of your responsibility will involve leading the architectural design of solutions, ensuring they align with best practices for performance, reliability, cost-efficiency, and security. This includes defining the overall system architecture, selecting appropriate AWS services, and establishing integration patterns with existing client systems.
• • You will be the technical anchor for project delivery teams, providing expert guidance and mentorship to software engineers, developers, and other technical staff. Your role will extend to reviewing technical designs, code, and implementation plans to ensure adherence to architectural standards and quality benchmarks.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our delivery processes and client solutions. This could involve developing internal tools to streamline project execution, proposing novel approaches to system design and implementation, or contributing to the continuous improvement of our methodologies.
• • Engage directly with clients at various levels, including technical stakeholders and business leaders, to present architectural designs, articulate technical recommendations, and build consensus around proposed solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively will be paramount.
• • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AWS services, cloud technologies, and industry trends. You will be expected to evangelize new technologies and approaches within TTEC Digital and to our clients, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• • Contribute to the growth and development of the TTEC Digital AWS Partner Practice, which has achieved significant recognition and accolades from AWS, including being the first globally signed Amazon Connect partner. Your contributions will help maintain our position at the forefront of AWS-based CX solutions.
• • You will play a key role in pre-sales activities, assisting business development teams by providing technical expertise, developing solution proposals, and participating in client presentations to articulate our capabilities and value proposition.
• • Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their technical growth and career progression within TTEC Digital.
• • Ensure that all architectural decisions and implementations adhere to TTEC's security policies and industry compliance standards, safeguarding client data and systems.
• • Drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices within delivery teams, promoting automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery to accelerate project timelines and improve solution quality.
• • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on existing services and influence the roadmap for future TTEC Digital offerings, particularly those related to AWS and CX solutions.
• • You will be a key contributor to the intellectual property of TTEC Digital, potentially through whitepapers, case studies, or reusable architectural patterns, further solidifying our expertise in the market.
• • This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and effectively in a remote setting, while also being a strong team player who fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing.
