• • Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand client goals and business challenges. This involves conducting thorough discovery sessions, organizing and leading impactful demos and workshops, and articulating clear, concise recommendations that align with client objectives and Unisys's strategic offerings.
• • You will play a critical role in developing and presenting secure, cost-effective solutions tailored to specific client needs. This includes contributing significantly to proposals, identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value and competitive advantage.
• • Maintaining an expert-level understanding of our product portfolio and the broader financial services industry landscape is paramount. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing invaluable client-driven feedback to our product development teams to ensure our offerings remain relevant, cutting-edge, and aligned with market demands.
• • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Account Management, Delivery, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project outcomes. Active participation in account planning and onboarding new team members will be essential.
• • You will provide strategic advice to clients on critical areas such as digital transformation, outsourcing strategies, and operational efficiency, directly supporting their achievement of key business objectives. This advisory capacity requires a forward-thinking approach and a deep understanding of industry trends.
• • A significant part of your role will involve recommending and implementing collaborative strategies for our solutions and offerings. This requires fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment among clients, partners, and internal Unisys stakeholders to drive collective success.

You will contribute to business development initiatives, actively seeking and identifying growth opportunities within our Financial Solutions (FS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Customer Process Outsourcing (CPO) portfolios.
• • You will be responsible for defining, positioning, and pricing financial solutions, conducting in-depth client and market analyses to inform these strategies. This analytical rigor will ensure our offerings are competitive and meet market needs.
• • Overseeing the daily operations of FS solutions will be part of your remit, ensuring high service quality and promptly addressing any issues that arise. This operational oversight guarantees client satisfaction and the smooth delivery of our services.
• • You will co-lead marketing and go-to-market campaigns, working to enhance our market presence and drive adoption of our solutions. Utilizing market intelligence will be vital in informing product vision and strategy, ensuring Unisys remains at the forefront of the industry.
• • Developing comprehensive business plans, go-to-market approaches, and compelling value propositions will be central to your strategic contributions. You will also contribute to pricing strategies and initiatives aimed at improving Return on Investment (ROI) for both Unisys and our clients.
