• • The Privacy & Ethics Lead at Humana Inc. is a critical individual contributor role responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with evolving privacy regulations, particularly HIPAA and TCPA, while embedding privacy principles across systems, processes, and culture.
• • Day to day, the role involves monitoring privacy regulations, assessing regulatory impacts, advising cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, IT, Product, Operations), implementing privacy policies, overseeing compliance for cookie tracking and automated technologies, developing Power BI dashboards, defining privacy metrics, creating auditable reports, delivering enterprise-wide privacy training, and serving as a subject matter expert on TCPA and automation technologies.
