📋 Description

• As a Process Analyst at Mimica Automation Ltd., you will play a critical role in validating and refining AI-generated process maps to ensure accuracy, readability, and readiness for enterprise deployment, directly impacting the efficiency of global clients’ operations.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating outputs from Mimica’s ML-powered task mining tools, assessing process map quality using standardized checklists, providing status updates to internal and external stakeholders, and identifying gaps to recommend product and tool improvements.
• You will join a mission-driven, distributed team focused on using AI to transform how enterprises understand and optimize work, with operations spanning global clients and a culture rooted in innovation, autonomy, and continuous learning.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in process analysis, AI-assisted workflow validation, and enterprise automation technologies, while developing strong stakeholder communication and analytical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Industrial Engineering, IT, economics, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Conceptual understanding of corporate processes and functions
• Detail orientation combined with analytical skills to interpret high volumes of data
• Superior organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Self-starter attitude with experience working independently with minimal supervision
