  • • As a Process Engineering Manager at ShipBob, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across inbound, outbound, and value-added services (VAS/B2B) functions, acting as a critical bridge between Product/Engineering teams and frontline operators to enhance merchant experience and operational excellence.
  • • You will drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing operational metrics, developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs), managing process rollouts, organizing training sessions, and certifying employees through structured programs, while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards across ShipBob-owned and partner-run facilities in the UK, US, and Australia.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Operations and Product leaders to roadmap process changes, translate operator feedback into product improvements, and manage detailed schedules for new process implementations, all while embodying ShipBob’s ownership mindset and high-performance culture.
  • • ShipBob is a rapidly growing global fulfillment technology platform backed by top-tier investors, operating dozens of fulfillment centers across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, with a mission to empower SMB and mid-market ecommerce merchants through innovative supply chain solutions.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in warehouse operations, process engineering, change management, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself to influence strategic operational roadmap priorities and grow into broader operations or supply chain leadership roles within a high-impact, results-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-6 years of experience in Fulfillment Operations, Process Improvement, and/or Program Management
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a similarly technical field
  • • Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies in production or warehouse environments
  • • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • • Passion for leadership growth and influencing ShipBob’s operational network and direction
