- • As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at Deepgram, you will serve as the critical technical bridge between sales and engineering, driving complex enterprise evaluations and enabling strategic account expansion across the APAC region by translating business needs into measurable technical outcomes.
- • You will lead end-to-end technical discovery, design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs), build lightweight prototypes using Deepgram’s SDKs and APIs, advise on scalable architectures, and ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations such as Singapore PDPA, Japan APPI, Korea PIPA, Australia’s Privacy Act, and India’s DPDP Act—directly impacting revenue generation and customer success.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to create reusable field guides, runbooks, and accelerators, while maintaining continuity through production launch and expansion phases, ensuring seamless handoffs and long-term technical ownership.

- • You will gain deep expertise in voice AI infrastructure, enterprise sales engineering, APAC regulatory landscapes, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor capable of influencing product direction and shaping go-to-market strategy for one of the world’s leading Voice AI platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical pre-sales role, with a proven track record leading enterprise POCs and securing technical wins.
- • Professional software engineering experience in at least one language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust), with hands-on ability to build and deploy functional prototypes and integrations using Deepgram’s SDKs and APIs.
- • Strong familiarity with modern cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, networking fundamentals, and secure API design, including experience with self-hosted, hybrid, and on-premises deployments.
