- • Analyze, document, and assess end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization in a hardware manufacturing environment.
- • Lead initiatives to improve supply chain operations through technology adoption, ERP system optimization, and process redesign, ensuring solutions are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- • Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to design and enhance processes within ERP systems, with a strong preference for Oracle, to support operational needs and compliance standards.
- • Develop, standardize, and maintain policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational clarity across global supply chain functions.
- • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve quality in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- • Support cross-functional initiatives by providing subject matter expertise in supply chain processes, ensuring system and procedural changes align with enterprise strategic objectives.
- • Identify, document, and embed process controls to mitigate operational risk and support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- • Lead change management efforts including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to drive adoption of new processes and technology-enabled workflows.
- • Utilize process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart to visually represent workflows, document current-state processes, and design future-state improvements.
- • Collaborate with IT and business teams to configure and optimize ERP system functionality to meet the specific demands of hardware manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- • Translate business needs into technical requirements for ERP enhancements and process automation initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational goals and system capabilities.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, control frameworks, and training materials to ensure audit readiness and knowledge retention across teams.
- • Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and increase throughput in manufacturing and logistics operations.
- • Act as a liaison between operational teams and technology stakeholders to ensure system configurations reflect real-world process requirements and support scalability as the business grows.
- • Monitor key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency and recommend data-driven improvements based on process analysis and system output.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- • 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement or supply chain operations, preferably within a hardware manufacturing environment
- • Subject matter expertise in manufacturing supply chain processes, ideally supporting hardware or IT server manufacturing
- • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle (NetSuite experience a plus)
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
