- • As a Process Intelligence Consultant within the Customer Experience Transformation Team, you will lead and support cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience by applying industrial engineering principles and data-driven analysis to uncover insights and streamline processes.
- • Day to day, you will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, lead process discovery and optimization using tools like Celonis and process/task mining, deliver data-backed insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and develop operational dashboards and performance analyses.
- • You will join Allstate’s Customer Experience Transformation Team, a group dedicated to improving how the company serves its customers through innovation, process excellence, and data-informed decision-making, building on a 90+ year legacy of protecting families and advancing customer-centric solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in process intelligence, enterprise-wide problem solving, and stakeholder influence, gaining the ability to design scalable solutions that reduce costs, improve customer experience, and support long-term organizational growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, business consulting, or a related field
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data visualization platforms is a plus
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and levels of the organization
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
